How to Choose the Right Cut of Pork Chop for Grilling
There are five different cuts of pork chops, each with its own flavor and recommended cooking methods for best results. They include rib chops, loin chops, boneless chops and shoulder chops.
Rib chops and loin chops are the most desirable cuts of pork because they’re a lean, tender meat that doesn’t dry out or become tough.
