Located in downtown Quincy, Platt Daddy BBQ has been catering their delicious barbeque for years. Now they have opened a brick and mortar restaurant. The place seats about 40 people and serves beer, craft cocktails and barbecue. Customers are thrilled to have another choice for barbeque in Quincy. Jeremy Platt says they are blown away by how quickly they have been welcomed into the community.
The Knights of Columbus Barbecue is back this weekend with an end of summer celebration. The event runs Friday through Sunday and entertains the family with food, carnival rides and music. The event is the K of C’s largest fundraiser of the year. Grand Knight Tom Maas says they have added a few new events this year.
The food at this barbeque quincy il is outstanding and the portions are more than you can possibly consume! The service is great as well. We order here from work about once a month. This is a must-try if you are looking for the best in town! Their sides are also excellent, so make sure you bring extra for leftovers! The meat is tender and perfectly seasoned with a side that complements it. Their Wagyu is a must try for steak lovers.
