The secret to perfectly crispy wings is a simple seasoning blend of salt and baking powder. The salt intensifies the savory flavor of the skin while the baking powder makes them crispy in the oven. If you’d like to add some allium notes, you can also mix in a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder.
