A Barbeque Shrimp Recipe From Emeril
Here is a very quick and easy to make Barbeque Shrimp Recipe from Emeril. I like the way Emeril explain things so that it makes sense, but you can also just follow along if you like. In this barbeque shrimp recipe we start out by washing the shrimp with the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, then drain any excess water, and then cut them in half. We now want to chop them up into thin strips so that they are easier to fry. Then in a non stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat then add your shrimp and cook for about two minutes on each side or until they are almost done.
After your shrimp are almost done we can now add the seasonings and mix them together, we used curry powder in this recipe but you may choose another spice to use. Then we cut the shrimp into thin strips and then fry them in our oil in order to seal in those flavors.
