When Mike Carroll served in the Air Force he won numerous BBQ contests with his delicious barbeque. After retiring he decided to take his skill and open up a small restaurant in Crestview. Being a civil engineer he faced many learning curves as a new business owner but did well and soon moved his small strip mall business to the city’s Main Street. Today Mike and his wife Lori own the Hub American Family Restaurant which has grown into a three location chain.
