This Griddle is for use with Solaire 30, 42 and 56-inch grills. The 1/4-inch griddle is great for extending the capabilities of your Solaire beyond grilling. It is great for teppan, grilled cheese, bacon, veggies, pancakes … you name it. The Griddle replaces one of the grilling grids of your Solaire Grill. The Griddle is made of stainless steel, with welded and polished corners to make a grease tight container.
