Mutton Kheema – 1 Kg
Roasted gram flour.. 100 grams.
Onion – 3 Big sized finely chopped
Green Chilies – 4 to 5 finely chopped
Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves – 5-6 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 9-10 finely chopped
Coriander powder – 2 tbspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbspoon
Butter – 150 gm
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tbspoon
Cumin/Jeera powder – 2 teaspoon
Black pepper/Kali Mirch – 2 teaspoon
Curd – 2 tbspoon
Red chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
