Clean large griddles effectively with this sturdy heavy duty metal griddle scraper. Not only does this have a strong 6-inch wide stainless steel scraper blade, but it comes with FOUR replacement blades for a total of 5 blades to last you a long, long time. Each blade has rounded corners to keep from scratching the side edges of the griddle.
If you’ve watched those cooks at a short-order restaurant or hibachi Mongolian grill scrape up all the gunk on the grill and have felt jealous, then this tool is definitely for you.
This tool is 19 inches long (4 inches blade section, 10 inches before elbow, 5 inches upper handle) with a bent elbow for easier maneuverability. Blade width 6 inches. The long handle lets you stay away from the heat while still accomplishing a good clean up.
Handle is made of die-cast aluminum. Blades are released by opening two wing nuts.
